Do You Want Fries With That?

The answer had better be no!

With our busy lives, sometime fast food is our only option, but it doesn't have to ruin a day of clean eating. You just have to hold it together, and remember the goal you've set. Think before you order!

Consider the following:

*Go for grilled over breaded -- if it's breaded, chances are very good that it's fried.
A good choice would be a grilled chicken.

*Whole wheat roll over a regular bun.

*Single burger! You don't need a double or triple anything! And don't be embarrassed to order from the child's menu. Get a junior burger if available.

*Baked potato with veggies, instead of sour cream and butter. Or, if you are at Wendy's try it with the chili.

*If you order salad, get the low fat or fat free dressing.

*Definitely avoid mayo or cheese! Scrape it off if you have to!

*Try the fruit or fruit and yogurt instead of a side of fries.

*Replace the sugary pop with water or lowfat milk.
