Well, peeps, here we are -- 5 months until the first day of summer, and Target already has the Summer clothes out. But, hey, DON'T PANIC! We still have plenty of time to get tank top, shorts -wearin', bikini body ready.
You're already on the right track and I'll tell you how.
First and foremost you are exercising, which means you are burning more calories. And, as you already know, moving is not only a great way to shape the booty, but it's also very good for your overall health. Kudos to you!!
You're mindful of food labels. You're not only keeping an eye on fat, but also sodium content and portion sizes.
You know that there are bad fats and good fats, and that we need the good fats like the omegas, and monounsaturated fats in our diet.
You're thinking outside of the box by trying new foods, or flavors with spices. And you're choosing whole grain products over white flour.
You're planning for healthy snack and meal choices, and you're incorporating more fruit and veggies in your diet.
You know that cutting calories drastically may cause your metabolism slow, so you try to eat at least 3 meals and 2 snacks a day.
