I need music when I workout. So it comes as no surprise that a recent study shows that working out to a beat you like will improve the intensity and duration of your workout. If the song is high energy, I tend to push myself harder. This song was on my Mp3 for a long time. If you find that you are having a hard time getting through your cardio. Allow music to inspire you. Fill your ipod or mp3 with some music that will keep you moving. The funny thing is, alot of the music I listen to while I'm running, may not necessarily be music that I would listen to any other time.
