A recent study done in the Netherlands suggests that 30 minutes of moderate to intense exercise performed three days a week will increase your lifespan by 3 years.
Okay, so the message is very simple; just by moving may add 3 years or 1095 days to your life!!
What could those extra 3 years mean to you? Seeing your first Grandchild? Living to enjoy your retirement? Sharing more precious time with the one you love? Doesn't it seem worth it to make time to gain time? What else are you going to do with that 30 minutes? Watch a 40 year old rerun on TV Land? Move people! Your family will thank you for it.
