Just a quick note

Had a good day today.

A dear friend has reentered my life after a very long absence - about 25 years to be exact. I'm surprised at how quickly my personality seemed to shift back to the way I was so many years ago. Does this make sense to anybody? She and I clicked again, as we had when we first met.

She came in to workout, and we were laughing so hard, I was sure the Maid to Order people next door would call the cops. :) j/k

We spent the afternoon talking about our lives and families, and it was so comfortable. It was as if we hadn't lost touch at all - we were back in 1983 - minus the mullets, of course. :)
